If you connect third-party social media accounts to enable alerts or automations, we may also process account identifiers, usernames, access tokens, refresh tokens, scopes, and limited profile or content metadata returned by the applicable platform. We use this information to provide GR Rocket features, including Discord automation, moderation tools, social alerts, announcements, analytics, and account connection management.

We may disclose this information to service providers and platform partners, including Discord and connected social media platforms, solely as needed to operate the requested features.

If you use GR Pilot, we may collect and process information required to provide its bot, automation, and server-management features, including Discord server and channel identifiers, bot configuration settings, command usage data, event settings, server feed or alert settings, and other information you submit to configure the service.

Depending on the features you use, we may also process gameplay, event, community, or feed-related data that you choose to connect or submit. We use this information to operate GR Pilot, deliver automated messages, manage configured workflows, improve reliability, and provide customer support.

We may share this information with vendors, hosting providers, Discord, and other third-party services only as necessary to deliver the requested functionality.

If you use GR Runway, we may collect and process information necessary to provide content, publishing, workflow, or creative-tool features, including account information, workspace or project settings, uploaded files, prompts, drafts, publishing metadata, scheduling information, and connected third-party account credentials or tokens where applicable.

We use this information to operate GR Runway, store and organize project data, generate or process requested outputs, support publishing or scheduling features, maintain security, and improve product performance.

We may disclose this information to service providers, hosting vendors, and connected third-party platforms only as needed to provide the features you request.

Information collected through GR Rocket, GR Pilot, and GR Runway is used to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve those services; authenticate users and connected accounts; deliver requested automations, alerts, workflows, and content-related features; enforce our terms and policies; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use third-party connected account data for unrelated purposes beyond operating and supporting the services requested by the user.

These services may integrate with third-party platforms such as Discord and social media or content platforms.
